Hi Dan
You're a POOR student and you are looking to purchase a 90/2 and T20 rig. That's a joke, right? The Phototrader is sent out to subscribers a few days before it is generally distributed - by the time it hits the newsagents, the bargains are long gone (and a 90/2 at AU$900 is an effing bargain!). Shooting from a car - on another list I'm on, there is a guy who specialises in this but he does slow and streaky arty night shots using a home-made dashboard bracket and a cable release. Results are definitely in the 'accidentally good' category but some are very good (if you like that sort of thing). Could you drop the rest of us Australians on the list a note letting us know exactly when you are out on the road - so that we can get off it?!

Hmm. Damn.
I'll have to pick up the current copy of phototrader. Thanks for the tip
:p I never seem to know when they come out.
The guy I found selling the 90/2 has a LOT of other neat Olympus gear as
well. Even has a 1000/11...

Question: My current OM2n's lightseals seem to have disintegrated. How
much is it normally to get them replaced/how much is it to get a full
service done? The shop where I am has a $30 quotation fee (goes towards
fee though) which I'm not too keen on paying until I have a general idea
on how much it'll cost me (I'm a student, ie POOR :-P).

Another question: How much do T20 flashes (in VGC to mint-) go for?

Last question: Has anyone attempted taking a photo, out through the
windscreen of a moving car? How were your results? I had a couple of
shots left on one roll and attempted this (which was probably not the
best of ideas, as I was driving!). It was a shot of a sunset (sun
already down, of the remaining glow) at 1/1000th shutter spd, f/2.8 on a
50/1.8 zuiko. I have no idea how this will work out. Comments?

Daniel

Hi Daniel. A 90mm f2 was sold last Thursday in the Australian
PhotoTrader
for Aust. $900. I called the seller but it was gone. He said it was
mint,
but no box. It sold the morning the trader was out.

Michael.

 Hi all.
I've recently been looking for a Zuiko 90/2 macro and I've managed to
 find one right in Australia.
Unfortunately, he wants 1700 AUD (~1120 USD) for it. Apparently it's
new, never opened, never used, original packing, case, etc.
From what I've seen, 90/2 macros should be going for around 1k USD. Am
I
 correct? Is this guy dreaming?

 Regards
 Daniel Tan
