Apologies for off-topic.
I got out my jar of Vegemite. It's from Australia "concentrated autolyzed
yeast extract"
It's a very strongly flavored dark brown paste. Made from yeast, it tastes
"beefy". I use it in hot water to made a bouillion soup, or mixed with
cream cheese to spread on bread. Lots of B vitamins and minerals.
Anacquired taste.
In a past life I was British or Australian.
