Aha, I hadn't noticed that (apparently) there is a character limit on what
it will handle.  I have never hit it before, and hadn't properly understood
what you were asking.

Option 1 is to register at www.translate.ru - no character limit that I have
found, but a different range of languages - no Japanese.

Option 2 is not to delete unread the email that I have had the temerity to
send you (in reckless disregard for your previous post on the matter!)
because it is the result of option 1.

If anyone else wants a copy, let me know.

I will  not vouch for the accuracy, appropriateness or acceptability of any
of the translated language.

Thanks, routinely accustomed to using Bablefish and InterTran and
Google just as you describe to translate scientific literature.  Also
have a couple other translation SW packages available.   In this case,
translation of the German stops half way through the review.  Have
never encountered the likes of such.  Were you able to achieve
beginning to end translation of the review of the 3600?
