And that's the problem with C*non, once you go C*non, you don't have a choice left.. It's their stuff, or else..

With N*kon, at least I have an Fuji S2Pro or Kodak body to choose from..

Again, I run BSD.. I have another Windoze machine, for 2 items only, Photoshop, and Excel.. Everything else, useless..

With BSD.. I don't understand what "downtime" means.. as my boxes average 3 years uptime before I get the itch to upgrade the kernel..

Please someone tell me they've had a Microsoft box up that long.. I need a good laugh..

So, I run Windows 2000 at work (it's the Corporate Standard, and comes with an 
IT Department), and Macs at home (where the IT Department is me, I set the 
standard, and my IT word is law).  I would never run Windows at home -- too 
much trouble.  At work, I didn't get a vote.
