Albert asked:
I'm just curious, (as I have no clue) what does faster sync speed buy
me? Less shake? But I thought with flash, you basically get a frame
freeze due to flash..
-----------------------------
You get a frame freeze with the flash assuming that the ambient light at the sync. shutter speed is not bright enough to make a material contribution to the exposure.

Sync'ing flash at higher shutter speeds allows you more control over the relative contributions of the two light sources.
