Very clearly fee circumvention. If had put in the price at 470 as the BIN
the listing fee would have been about $5 and closing fee would be about $15.
With the $1 the starting fee is about $0.50 and the closing fee is $0.10
something. It is against the rules to do it as well and you can get
suspended for doing it.
