I've received a few packages from NZ over the past few months and all of them
came through as a regular mail parcel. DHL also operates here so it would
have been possible for them to send it via DHL. What may have happened is
if the parcel was sent using Express Mail Serive (EMS) then it gets routed
to a courier company for delivery. In Canada that would be Purolator but
in OZ it may be DHL.
