Why would you want to replace either of those lenses? It would seem to
me that what would be so great about a Zuiko adapter is that it would
let you use the OM primes - albeit multiplied by a factor of 1.97 - on
the E-1, not that it would let you replace those zooms or other lenses
specifically designed for the E-1.

The 300mm f2.8 seems like one of the lenses that would be easier to
replace with say a Tamron 300/2.8. Neither the two zoom lenses, nor the
macro have OM equivalents (14-54 f2.8/3.5, 50-200 f2.8/3.5, 50 macro).
