When I bought the 28/2 from Andrew, I had my Aussie distributor give him
the money, but I suppose that option is not widely available :-) I do know
that bank wire transfer will cost you or him $20-$25 so it's not worth it.
May be US. Postal money order? Aren't they good anywhere?
