I think they are in for a big disappointment when our spending level
doesn't meet expectations and then the loonie is going to drop like a
rock. :>)
I suspect it's because the international monetary wonks are eagerly
awaiting the imminent retirement of our Prime Minister, Jean Cretin... er,
I mean Chretien, and his replacement by Paul Martin.
