[OM] How durable is a shoe4?

I'm looking to putting a Metz 40MZ3 flash onto my om2n. Now the flash
itself is rather heavy (and tall) so I'm a bit worried if it will break
the shoe4. Has anyone had any experience with the larger Metz flashes?
