This is what the doctor is supposed to tell, not the pharmaceutical
industry.

This is amazing, omega 3 can't be bought here. Not only thumb screws :(
If I wanted to eat the proper amount of omega 3, I'd have to eat fish
(proper species) almost all week long. Another available insufficient supply
is milk w/omega 3, tastes bad.

We're in their hands.

Only disadvantage I can think of is for patients who need a rapid and
certain decrease of col. levels. Diet works as a preventive measure.

I wish I had those beautiful mountains around to go treking, so as to get
the exercise I ought to do :-)
