Gave up with mine because you might as well carry a 28 and leave a 35 - 70
on the body.
Actually I usually then forget the 28 and take a 24 instead.
It's over sized for its usefulness, too slow and rates "OK" for picture
quality, but less than for build. Hood is plain annoying and pretty close to
useless. It really isn't Oly's finest, and is now overpriced purely because
it wasn't a big seller.
