The missing piece is basically a foot with an arc shaped piece that attaches
to the ring. I'll try to send a picture later today.

There were some posts about this a month or so ago. Be sure to ask for the
screws that mount the foot to the ring. The last name of the gentleman
you'll deal with is probably Roberts.

An Olympus tripod adapter won't work for the tokina. The ring that the
adapter foot mounts to is permanently attached to the lens.
