I could see how it could make sense. I probably shot 15,000 frames of racing 
this year on weekends only covering 8 professional events, not including club 
events or testing. Let's see: at a very reasonable price of $5.00/roll for 
Provia 100/36 and $8.00 for processing, that's $13.00/roll. 15,000/36=416 rolls 
of film X $13.00=*$5,416.67* for film and processing alone. Some of the pros at 
my color management course in Santa Fe this last October told me they spend 
$15,000-$20,000/year on film and processing.  Once you have made back what you 
paid in  digital back equipment, you're 15,000-20,000 clams *ahead* of the game 
every year after. Looks like a no-brainer to me.
