I believe there will be problem to use tripod at 1/8 to 1/30s (or even
1/60s), when I did my Zuiko testes years ago, the 200/4 at 1/15s gave very
serious vibration and for slight upper or lower speeds it didn't turn out
very sharp too. After that from 1/8s to 1/60s I hold the camera with my
hand and release the shutter by finger instead of cable release when using
tripod and it helped a lot. I think the best solution for these speeds will
be beanbag.
