I can't understand why either. We have a WWII sub in the next town, it sits 
in the muck of a small river. I never see anyone walking the grounds, and the 
small parking lot is always empty. They don't allow people into most areas of 
the sub because they ignore the instructions and warnings and they keep banging 
their heads on the low hatchways. I hear they exist by hosting birthday 
parties for five year olds. I don't think those tykes appreciate the history.

understand why anybody would want one.  But, if you were so inclined, I 
sure would recommend that it did NOT have a nuclear plant in it !
