Has anyone else noticed the "S*gma 18-50mm f/3.5-5.6 DC and 55-200mm f/4-5.6 DC Two Lens Kit"? Available for for S*gma and Can*n Digital SLR Cameras, the pair is only $239 at B&H for an 11x range of focal lengths. Like the Oly E-1 lenses, they are designed to cover only the smaller sensors of most DSLRs and be smaller and lighter than lenses to cover the full 35mm frame., They would give a round image that doesn't fill a 35mm frame on a film camera.

Certainly would seem to be a natural for release in 4/3 System mount, as they cover the slightly larger Can*n sensor. Anybody heard anything about performance? I wonder how the presumably designed from scratch 18-50mm will compare in performance to the Can*n APS adaptation.
