Print was mailed just after Christmas, so you should have had it quite a
while back. Sounds like it has disapeared. I will get it reprinted and
send out another copy. Iwert, give me your address again so I have it
handy. Print should go out in a week or so. I will let you know when it
gets sent off so you can expect it's arrival.
