My understanding is that Polaroid went out of business and its
components sold to the highest bidder. I have a SprintScan film scanner
too. :-(
All Polaroid scanners were built by Microtek and last time I looked
they were even selling the 120 scanner that Polaroid had exclusively. I
am sure you can get it repaired or parts there.
