I could have phrased that better.  What I should have said, and 
what I actually meant, was that the 80-200/2.8 Tamron blows away 
any of the Zuiko zooms that fall within that range.  I certainly 
didn't mean to include all the primes from 80 to 200mm.

As good as the Tamron is, it's not better than my 90/2, 100/2, or 
135/4.5 macro Zuikos, and since I'm keeping my 180/2.8, I 
obvioiusly don't consider it to be "blown away" either.  (It's 
just so darn cute and such a pleasure to use, I'll never let it 
go.)

Honestly, the only Zuiko prime I have that I think is inferior to 
the big Tamron zoom is the 135/2.8, which I very seldom use 
anyway.  Other than the lenses I have enumerated, I have no 
experience with any other Zuiko primes between 80 and 200mm, so 
take my assessment for what little it may be worth as it relates 
to lenses I have never used.
