CH has previously provided usage instructions and usage commentary and
he and others have provided sample images with various Zuikos. See:
<http://www.accura.com.hk/OM/DC.htm> for CH's Zuiko on 10D shots.

CH also provided me with some close-up shots of the adapter which I also
sent to Joe Beljan at Beljan Mfg. to see if he was interested in
producing something similar at lower cost. Conclusion: the adapter is
very elaborate and they couldn't beat the price even though, direct from
Kindai (with shipping included), the price is now well over USD 200.

Along with the USD 300 trade-in credit, if Olympus provides the OM to
E-1 adapter free of charge it can certainly make the E-1 more price
competitive with the 10D + Kindai adapter.

Basically, the adapter has two modes of operation: Stop-down mode where
the aperture changes immediately as you adjust the aperture ring, or
manual mode where you pre-set the aperture and close down during
shooting by pressing the DOF preview button. Changing modes requires
removing two screws which is not something quickly done in the field.
You should choose a mode and stick with it.

Gene Wilburn also has the Kindai adapter on his EOS 300D (digital Rebel)
and has previously posted this link to his shots with Zuikos:
