I believe I remember that the 10D factor is about 1.6.

I certainly agree with the subject matter of Mr. Ling's!   I found myself
admiring the subjects instead of attempting to objectively evalute the
quality of the images!

A couple of comments on recently posted photos:

useful. Oh, and he certanly has an eye for the ladies!

The other comment is on a link posted to photos using the 18mm with the
Canon 10D. Although it is used with a smaller sensor, it still represents
an effective focal length that surely would be about 28mm (I don't remember
the 10D's magnification). Listening to the conventional wisdom tells us
that this lens would reduce the 10D to something more like a Lomo. Oops,
guess that isn't quite right, either.
