Going on two years ago now Katie and I bought another Jeep, and I guess for
our purposes and lifestyle that's what we needed, but at the time I could
have just as well bought a used Defender 90 that looked to be in excellent
condition with very low mileage. That's what _I_ thought we could have used
even more, that, or a F250 or F350 for hauling stuff around up on the
mountain and other appropriate work I occasionally find for myself, and we
might end up with one of those yet.
I'm also still on the casual lookout for a dirty old "wood truck," though I
wonder if I'll ever start the old Homelite chain saw up again, much less be
able to actually bend over and use it for more than a minute or two at a
time--bad back, you know. <g>
