Hi Bob,
The explanation could be simpler than you think. I will have a go at
explaining how and why I get the results that I get but I can't do it in a
couple of lines so I will work on it later today. This post is just to
assure you that I took no offence at anything in your post, quite the
contrary in fact :-)
