T-32 is usable in the hotshoe in manual or auto mode. Neither flash is
usable in TTL mode. The F280 is only usable in manual mode as there is
no non-TTL auto mode as in the T-32.
Getting either flash off the hotshoe would require a hotshoe to PC
adapter, PC cable and PC connector to hotshoe adapter. All three items
are readily available in a well stocked camera store.
