Regarding battery consumption, it can be a good idea with most OM-4's to
set the camera to manual 1/60 when not in use, as the camera uses the
batteries all the time (high quiescent current). The later OM-4's with
OM-4T circuitry are better in that respect. Apologies if someone has
mentioned that already.

Thanks to all for your help and advice, I will keep the list up date. I

an OM-1 and OM-2 (broken) and an OM-10. As well as a couple of Minolta
SLR's
this one feels like a brick compared to the others. If this works out, I

see myself having a lot of fun with it.
