Misleading item description would give you an ironclad case for a
complaint. Hold on the the thing, though, don't return it to a
dishonest seller but get the eBay complaint process under way ASAP.
The absence of feedback from a guy after getting paid is a dead
giveaway that he intends to blackmail you regarding your own feedback,
