No it doesn't have the cap. I wasn't sure about that though,
because I thought someone said here that it wouldn't leak
light.
Of course, the DIY in me should have told me to tape it
over (or perhaps the word epoxy should appear in there
somewhere ;-) ) and see if I still have the problem.
