It may be Agfachrome which used to use mailers like that. Nothing was
preprinted because at one time there were two processing labs in the US.
Then there was one in NY, which moved to Paramus NJ. When that closed they
kept the same POB and forwarded them to West Germany. It took about two
weeks to get your slides back from Europe.
