Simple, open the case, pull out cluster of 20 AA's, rebuild cluster, re-install.
There's not much to it really, but it is time consuming. You also need to do
a neat job of assembling the new pack or it won't fit. Plan on taking 3-4 hours
if you haven't done one before. The hardest part is separating the two case
halves without damaging them (they're glued together).
