Who are "most people"? I can certainly tell the difference.

A few weeks ago a strange woman showed me photos (35mm prints) taken of the
activities of her horse-therapy group. The shots were reasonably sharp at
the center, but many objects near the edges showed severe chromatic
aberration. My guess is that these pictures were taken with a camera having
a fixed-focus lens, with probably no more than one element.
