They exist - usually called telescopic adaptors or something like that 
because they don't really have a proper name. I had a Sicor one that 
approx. doubled the focal length and was quite cheap but not terrific 
quality - but good fun for a while. Easiest way is to buy one in any 
mount that you can find and mount it on a cheap T mount 400/6.3 with a 
T mount adaptor.  That makes a pretty decent and cheap terrestrial 
scope as even a cheap black drainpipe such as a Tamron, Sigma, 
Spiratone, etc. has fair optics compared with most consumer telescopes.
