It was supposed to be an Adaptal 2 for OM. Doesn't look anything like my
other two. Scan is of the front and back. Scratches and dust are on the
scanner glass. Around the rim are apertures listed from 1.4 to P on a
rotating ring. A white plastic button must be pushed to turn the ring.
It can be seen in the scan to the right of 'Japan' and also at 10
o'clock position of right hand picture. The two indexing pins are also
shown in the right hand picture.
