Thank you very much for the info. I thought it's like the OM2n whose shutter
speed is controlled by a dedicated flash like the T20. Obviously, it's one
of the problems corrected in the OM2n model.

Now I know the importance of tripod when using OM2 (plain) and T20. I agree.

With some planning and putting this imperfection in mind, I think, the "long
shutter speed" problem could be avoided. Of course, it's really difficult to
ascertain by your own judgment if the flash power would be adequate.
