Perhaps a polarizer where it's just shine?
4IMG0022 is overexposed, but 4IMG0032 is fine.
Sometimes it's white skin oriented such that it reflects your flash -
perhaps a smaller second fill flash to reduce this effect? But I'm not
knowledgeable enough about flash to oracularize here.
Some people are just too white; you could suggest they get out more - during
the daytime, mind you. :-)
