Thanks for the offer Clint. Robert Kan told me that the part appears to be
available from Olympus Australia but that they are currently out of stock.
The only solution is to try to order it from Olympus Japan. Hopefully they
still have one or two in stock. Failing that, I can look for a donor MD2.
