Yes.  Depending on the developer used, the grain may actually
INCREASE with overexposure.

It depends on your style of shooting and the subject matter.
Many prefer to shoot Tri-X at 200 or 320 and develop it at 400.
It adds more punch to the negs.

Most developers tend to slow the film slightly.  Hence the
preference to overexpose. Developers such as Ilfotec DD-X don't
alter the sensitivity so you can shoot at the rated speed.

The best way to change the grain structure of Tri-X is through
development not exposure.
