The E-1 will take an OM body cap, and the digital lenses will take the
OM lens cap, but the E-1 will not take an OM lens mount like the 7mm
extension. Also the 7mm tube is about 2-3mm too long. You need the
real adapter to mount OM lenses. ( I just checked the 7mm tube.)
