Brian,
For Pull-1, expose it at ASA 100 (set film speed dial to 100).

Ensure you mark it!  Should be some boxes on the canister side for marking 
it as having been pushed or pulled.  I always put a big "X" in the 
appropriate box.  Helps the lab guy keep from making a mistake!

There's also a surcharge for Pull (and Push) developing . . . a few dollars 
more than normal developing because they can't soup it with the stuff shot 
at rated speed.  You'll have to ask the lab in Australia what that is.
