I got rained out -- or maybe I should say rained in -- and so I took computer
in hand and looked around but couldn't find anything on this flash unit. My
first choice for instruction manuals and such is here:

http://www.craigcamera.com

His site lists over 120 Sunpak instruction manuals, but none for any Nocto-sort
of thing, and only one 400. If you have some further or different
nomenclature, you might take a look to see if it's maybe a.k.a. something else.

And do heed John's advice about not hooking old flash units up to an OM. I
freely use my Olympus flashes with my Graflex cameras, but the Sunpak 411 that
works so well with the Graflexes will never mate with one of my OMs. It may be
safe to use since it's not all THAT old, but I'm taking no chances. I fried an
OM-4 way back when by hooking it up to a studio flash setup. Fortunately, it
was long enough ago that Olympus still had factory repair service in Atlanta,
so getting it fixed was not a problem.
