One would think so. I had a problem last year and PayPal refused to get
involved. Fortunately for me, I used a credit card and my credit card
company did a charge-back. Then I got a nasty email asking why I hadn't
tried to work through PayPal!! Anyway, in this particular transaction, this
person ripped others off for about $300,000 before PayPal and EvilBay pulled
the plug on her. I just received mail from the District Attorney in Indiana
(where she lived) telling me that she is going to court and the FBI is now
involved.
