Looks very much like the cornea to me. With a pinkish caustic curve visible
- perhaps to match the humor which follows (which surely isn't aqueous).
It's probably a B.Cornea, but might be an A.Cornea with aspheric element -
definitely not silver-nose, but I can't tell if it's SC or MC.
