I think bottom posting is a hold over from when text newsgroups were
more popular. One could then just select the newest post and follow the
thread from start to finish.
Heartfelt thanks to those who take the time to snip those quotes. It
makes the digest a viable option for those of us who elect to follow the
list in that manner.
I'm sure there are those on the list who can help anyone get around the
automatic quoting of certain mail clients. Just ask.
And to those who can't be bothered with such a simple courtesy ....well,
let's just say that I'm thinking uncharitable thoughts about the way
your mother raises kids.
