I quite agree, but our mail server adds the signature automatically.  If
someone with more knowledge than me on Lotus Notes know's of a way to
remove it I'll see if I have sufficient access rights to do so.  I'm sure
other listee's using their work email are in a similar position.

Apologies for any offence the email signature causes (especially as it is
repeated in French).
