Can't someone here receive the stuff, wrap it up with a cheap christmas 
gift and send it on with a customs value of a few $? The parts would be 
quite small and unclear as to what they were.

My late wife had lots of family in Mexico and I've done business there. 
I don't know if Uruguay is worse.
