for the shutter sound you might want to go to

http://www.olympus-pro.de/index.eu.de.html

then choose Interaktive Produkt Demo (takes a while to load) and just 
fire the shutter. It's pretty close.

Better: try it somewhere. These decisions have to be based on gut feeling...
