Don't want to be a party pooper, Andrew, but my recommendation would be to
wait for another copy of Mannheim's book to come along. Pangerl scores on
the illustrations (photos instead of line drawings), and is marginally more
up to date than Mannheim, but is nowhere near as comprehensive and detailed
on the system components.
Of course, me having said that might convince Gord to retract his bid ...
have you seen the size of that tear on the spine Gord? It's nearly as big
as the tear on mine ;-)
