including a non-existent focusing stage, but not mentioning (in the title)

An 80mm/4 will likely cost you at least 3x what you paid for the bellows -
keep in mind that there are two versions, the early one does not have auto
diaphragm. A 135/4.5 usually costs even more.
Ffordes have several of the former between GBP245 and GBP299 (don't know
which version), and one of the latter for GBP399 (but that includes a 65-116
tube, so it's actually not a bad price).
MXV have one 80/4 Auto macro for GBP249 and two 135/4.5 for GBP199 and
GBP249.
I would snap up the MXV 135/4.5 if I didn't have one. But you wanted an
80/4 ... so if you want to relieve me of either (or both):
an 80/4 auto macro in case with both caps (including the special rear cap);
or
a 20/3.5 with Bayonet mounting plate in case;
both in extremely good cosmetic and perfect optical condition, drop me an
email...

- My Tamron 90mm covers upto 1:2 and looking at the Om lens information with
the bellows the 80mm macro covers 1:2 to 2:1 which is as far as I think I
need to go (for now)..
