Let me clarify: Reagan gave Iran TOE MISSLES to hold the hostages the
extra
44 days. He later admitted trading weapons for hostages though (the early
stages of Alzheimer's kicking in) he said "in my heart I feel we did not do
that." Anyone buy a new car after Reagan's 2 tax hikes? We were paying 15%
interest on the loan.
